When the war was at the peak, the company decided to design a flying boot that was to be worn by the flying division of the army and was exclusively supplied for basic training.

Converse was the first to launch apparel in collaboration with Dwayne Wade in the year 2005. The company celebrated its 100th anniversary with the campaign “Welcome to Converse Century” in the year 2008.
